Liloan Golf and Leisure Estate to open December 2017

No membership will be offered for sale. Only buyers of its limited fairway lots can have lifetime membership to the golf course as well as very limited number of investors from The Padgett Place and Woodlands Resort Communities, both developed by its mother company, Duros Land Properties.

This satellite shot shows the greening of the fairways of Liloan Golf and Leisure Estate which is scheduled for opening December 07 2017. Cebu’s Largest Convention Venue

IC3 at 23 Minore Park is the largest of them all and it has quite a story to tell. People call its construction a miracle. Indeed a handiwork of the Lord, from the moment of its inception, through the challenges of a twin calamity in  2013, to its completion just on time for the 51st International Eucharistic Congress (IEC).

Today, Cebu is relying on IC3 to hold the largest indoor gatherings and international conventions. With a seating capacity of over 10,000, the fully-airconditioned facility is geared ready to host these massive convergence and congregation of people. The plenary can be divided into smaller venues by movable partitions and serve as break-out rooms that function as intimate gathering spaces. A holding room is also available for variety of purposes like rest area for performers or celebrities. Ingress and Egress is smooth through a delivery ramp from the basement where its capacious parking  can accommodate more than 250 vehicles.
